Community Support Specialist

This role is part of a supported living service for individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment in Liverpool.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated individual to support our residents to live independently and participate fully in their communities. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting a fulfilling life for each individual.
The ideal candidate will have genuine empathy for our residents, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Encourage independence and community integration.
- A competitive salary of up to £13.00 per hour.

Based on location and experience, the estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £26,800 - £28,000.
