Support Worker Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.

Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to individuals with varying care needs;
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation;
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice and control;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.94 per hour (£29,802 per annum), working full-time. Additional benefits include:
