About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities and pursue their interests
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families. You will also need to be physically fit, with the ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
