About the Job:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside our dedicated care team to deliver personalized support that empowers individuals to live independently. You will connect people with their communities, accessing local support and services, and provide personal care that protects people's dignity.

Key Requirements:
- Competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Fully funded DBS checks
