We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at the Cocoa Works in York. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead the frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership and Private Sales products.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets. You will also have experience in the property sales and marketing process, working with both internal and external parties regarding sale-related matters.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes
- Have experience in the property sales and marketing process
- Ensure a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels
The sites are open 7 days a week between 10am - 6pm, you will be working on a rota and be required to work Saturday and Sunday as part of the 5 days and possibly one late night until 7pm in the week.

Requirements- You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
- You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
£31,631 - £37,089 per annum plus the potential to earn up to 35% commission.
