Travel Cruise Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Cruise Consultant to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and managing client cruises, including making amendments to existing reservations
  • Checking availability and confirming cruise options
  • Dealing with pre-departure and post-holiday queries
  • Processing guest information and special requests
  • Working to targets while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous reservations or customer service experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to develop rapport with a discerning client base
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
