About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Cruise Specialist to join our sales team at Kenwood Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients receive personalized, memorable cruise experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences and needs, offering expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, and other high-end brands. Stay informed about new cruise offerings, destinations, and trends within the luxury cruise market to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Booking & GDS Management: Utilize the Galileo GDS system for flight bookings and manage complex itineraries, including pre- and post-cruise stays. Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for all cruise and travel components, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
  • Performance & Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth in the luxury cruise sector. Track sales performance and report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling luxury cruises, preferably within a travel agency or tour operator.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury cruise products and destinations, with a proven ability to match clients to the right experiences.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about travel and cruising, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
