Luxury Cruise Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Luxury Cruise Consultant to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a Luxury Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury cruise holidays for all partner cruise lines, including ocean and river cruises. Your expertise will be invaluable in tailoring bespoke cruise holidays to meet the customers' brief, adding flights, hotel stays, and land tours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling luxury cruise holidays for all partner cruise lines
  • Tailoring bespoke cruise holidays to meet customers' brief
  • Offering product guidance and advice to customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Achieving sales, conversion, and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and sales track record within the luxury cruise sector
  • Confidence and personality to build rapport with high-spend customers
  • Ability to offer a high-touch, personalized service
  • Personal cruise experience within luxury ocean and river cruise is a plus
