As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients receive personalized, memorable cruise experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the luxury cruise sector
  • Provide expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries to clients
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, and other high-end brands
  • Stay informed about new cruise offerings, destinations, and trends within the luxury cruise market
  • Utilize the Galileo GDS system for flight bookings and manage complex itineraries
  • Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for all cruise and travel components
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling luxury cruises, preferably within a travel agency or tour operator
  • Strong knowledge of luxury cruise products and destinations, with a proven ability to match clients to the right experiences
  • Passionate about travel and cruising, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
