We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven German Speaking Cruise Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in London. If you have sales experience and are seeking a career in the exciting world of travel and speak fluent German, we want to hear from you.

Cruise Sales Consultant Duties:

  • Creating and selling luxury cruise itineraries across the globe for clients.
  • Handling incoming cruise travel enquiries whilst offering cutting-edge customer service.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and closing sales over the phone.
  • Building long-term relationships with luxury cruise customers.
  • Ensuring booking details are complete and properly notating all bookings ensuring 100% precision on every call.
  • Acquiring and maintaining in-depth travel industry and cruise knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and onboard credits.
  • Attending and actively participating in team meetings and training to ensure use of appropriate sales techniques and accurate information communicated to potential guests.

Cruise Sales Consultant Essential Requirements:

  • Sales experience is imperative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Fluent in English & German.
  • The ability to handle guest issues and overcome objections.
  • Establish quality customer relationships by delivering superior customer service, establishing rapport, identifying, and meeting customer needs and expectations.
