Travel Cruise Consultant Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Cruise Consultant to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a Travel Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for handling cruise travel requests, making bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and amending cruise reservations for clients
  • Checking availability and confirming cruise options
  • Dealing with pre-departure and post-holiday queries
  • Working to targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations or customer service within the travel industry
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Salary up to GBP30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role: As a Travel Cruise Consultant, you will be working with a luxury cruise specialist, selling some of the world's most luxurious cruise options. You will be part of a team that delivers excellence and provides exceptional customer service to our clients.
