About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cruise Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Cruise Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling cruise travel requests and making bookings for both new and repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Booking and Reservations: Booking all aspects of the client's cruises as well as amending existing reservations.
  2. Cruise Options and Availability: Checking availability and confirming cruise options.
  3. Client Queries: Dealing with any pre-departure or post-holiday queries.
  4. Customer Service: Working to targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous reservations or customer service experience dealing with top-end clients gained within the travel industry.
  2. Communication Skills: Good telephone manner and communication skills.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills.
Benefits:
  1. Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
  2. Company Bonus: Company-based bonus.
  3. Holidays and Bank Holidays: 23 Days Holidays + 8 bank holidays.
