Cruise Consultant Job Description

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Cruise Consultant to join our team. As a Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and creating unique tailor-made Worldwide cruise holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized cruise itineraries for clients
  • Manage product offerings for a portfolio of cruise lines
  • Deliver and repackaging of products from various suppliers
  • Develop market-leading cruise & stay offers
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in a reservations role within the travel industry
  • Confident communication skills with strong customer service
  • Good travel geography knowledge with personal travel experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Determination to achieve and succeed
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office
Benefits:
  • Salary of 25k plus bonus/commission - OTE up to 34k
  • Monday - Saturday working hours with occasional bank holidays
  • Office-based with flexibility for hybrid working
  • Previous successful candidates have come from a Cruise Consultant, Travel Agent, or Sales Consultant background
