We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Cruise Sales Consultant. If you have sales experience and are looking for a career in the exciting world of travel, we want to hear from you.

We are searching for sales professionals who are confident, positive, and passionate about the luxury travel industry. As a Trainee Cruise Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with VIP clients, create and sell luxury cruise itineraries, and handle incoming cruise travel enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and selling luxury cruise itineraries across the globe for VIP clients.
  2. Handling incoming cruise travel enquiries while offering cutting-edge customer service.
  3. Identifying sales opportunities and closing sales over the phone.
  4. Building long-term relationships with luxury cruise customers.
  5. Ensuring booking details are complete and properly notating all bookings to ensure 100% precision on every call.
  6. Acquiring and maintaining in-depth travel industry and cruise knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and onboard credits.
  7. Attending and actively participating in team meetings and training to ensure the use of appropriate sales techniques and accurate information communicated to potential guests.
Requirements:
  1. Outbound calling sales experience is imperative.
  2. Ability to deal with high-profile VIP clients.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
  4. Fluent in English. German is ideal but not essential.
  5. The ability to handle guest issues and overcome objections.
  6. Establishing quality customer relationships by delivering superior customer service, establishing rapport, identifying, and meeting customer needs and expectations.
