Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Cruise Consultant to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a Travel Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for handling cruise travel requests, making bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Booking and amending cruise reservations for clients
  2. Checking availability and confirming cruise options
  3. Dealing with pre-departure and post-holiday queries
  4. Working to targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in customer service or reservations
  2. Excellent communication and telephone skills
  3. Strong customer service skills

Benefits:

  1. Salary up to GBP30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
  2. Company-based bonus
  3. 23 Days Holidays + 8 bank holidays
