Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Cruise Sales Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and capitalize on up-selling opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry, with a focus on cruise sales
  • Strong knowledge of the cruise industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team

  • A competitive starting salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £75k pa)
