About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic training professional who can design, develop, and deliver memorable learning experiences that build competency and demonstrate excellent customer service across various channels and audiences.
As a key member of our training team, you will work closely with senior leaders to research, create, and maintain engaging training programs that align with our brand, values, and customer-centric culture. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and support individuals and teams through training and beyond, helping us achieve our vision as a national leader in sustainable water and wastewater services.
You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm. You may need to travel to other locations, and all necessary travel expenses will be covered according to our company policy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
- Deliver training sessions that engage and motivate participants.
- Coach and support employees to improve their customer service skills.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- A competitive salary range of £29,760 - £37,200 per annum, depending on experience.
