The Role

">

We are seeking two Customer Experience Trainers with a genuine interest in emotional intelligence and its application to deliver world-class customer service as part of a transformation programme. You will work alongside senior leaders and training teams to design, maintain, and deliver engaging learning experiences that build competency and demonstrate excellent customer experiences across various channels and audiences.

Your Responsibilities

">

As a Customer Experience Trainer, you will research, design, and deliver memorable and impactful training programmes that promote a high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. You will also coach and support individuals and teams through training and beyond, helping us achieve our National Leader vision and industry regulatory targets.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should be a confident, creative, and enthusiastic training professional with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills. You will have a flexible approach, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm, with occasional travel to partner organisations and offices in other regions.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and market conditions.
