The Camden Society is seeking a dedicated Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, empowering adults with learning disabilities to live independently and pursue their goals and ambitions.

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and develop new skills.

Your support will be tailored to each individual, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

You may work in various settings, including homes and communities, providing personal and emotional support, planning, and managing daily life.

  • You should be compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
