Support Services Leader
Fitzroy Support is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

About the Role
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support staff and working closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality support services. You will also be required to support people across four complex services, some of whom are non-verbal, and ensure that they receive tailored care and support to meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Lead and manage a team of support staff
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Use your initiative to resolve complex issues and challenges

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
