We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team who can take ownership of delivering high-quality services that make a real difference to the lives of the people we support. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results. The role will involve leading and managing a team of staff, developing policies and procedures, and implementing quality improvements. You will work closely with the local community to promote the involvement of the people we support and engage with local networks to promote FitzRoy's profile. The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum. As a Deputy Manager at Fitzroy Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of person-centred approaches to care, developing activities and plans that meet the needs, wishes and aspirations of the people we support, and completing regular audits to ensure quality, compliance and business performance. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide a safe working environment for staff members, visitors and the people we support.
