Deputy Management Position

At Fitzroy Support, we provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each individual. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services are tailored to support people across four complex services.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and use their initiative. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services and working closely with our team to ensure that everyone receives the support they need.
We estimate that this role is commensurate with a salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
