**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Outreach team in Didcot and the surrounding area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to increase their independence and engagement in their community.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
