**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Outreach team in Didcot and the surrounding area. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
**Requirements**
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children
- Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
