We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our branch, ensuring that it operates efficiently and provides the highest standard of care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch to ensure it is profitable and provides high-quality care to customers.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and train new carers to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review the branch's operations to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with their training and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
