Job Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, leading the team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Deliver high standards of care and support to residents
  • Lead the care team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Manage wounds and ensure proper care procedures are followed
  • Administer medicines according to policy and statutory requirements
  • Provide personal care, emotional support, and spiritual comfort to residents
  • Supervise and appraise team members
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the manager
  • Assess prospective residents and complete duty rotas as necessary
  • Participate in training and development of staff
  • Assist the manager in working within agreed budgets
