We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving occupancy rates, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and resident satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including employee management and commercial drive
  • Execute action plans to increase occupancy and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and business governance policies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in successful care home management, backed by a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
  • Compassionate and assertive leadership style, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy and drive business growth
  • Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care, with Registered Nurse Certification desirable
