Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our client's outstanding Nursing Home, providing expert nursing care, palliative care, dementia nursing, and support for older adults.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and work towards achieving positive outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans in partnership with the clinical team.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to meet financial and care goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
  • Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and experience in Nursing Home management.
  • Alternatively, an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and a proven track record of successfully managing nursing homes.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care, dementia care, palliative care, and elderly care.
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving excellent outcomes in CQC inspections.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
