About the RoleAs a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all residents. You will lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and working to achieve and maintain positive CQC outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans in partnership with the clinical team.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to meet both financial and care goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality care that meets the needs of each resident.
