We're Looking for a Registered Nurse:

We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care, leading the team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high standards of care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents.
  • Lead the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication, making accurate reports on residents and informing the senior care team of day-to-day changes.
  • Manage wounds and ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
  • Administer and record medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
  • Provide personal care for residents, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
  • Carry out staff supervision and appraisals, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the manager.
  • Assess prospective clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Participate in internal quality audits and contribute to the training and development of staff.
