We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our mission:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a high standard of care for our residents.
  • Lead the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on residents and communicate effectively with the senior care team.
  • Manage wounds and ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
  • Administer and record medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
  • Provide personal care for residents, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
  • Supervise and appraise staff members as needed.
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the Manager.
  • Assess prospective clients and residents.
  • Participate in internal quality audits and training and development programs.
  • Assist the Manager in working within agreed budgets.
