Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at Wantage Nursing Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of Wantage Nursing Home, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident care.
- Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

- Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and leading teams.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies, with the ability to ensure compliance.
