Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all care staff are working effectively and efficiently.

- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, ensuring that all staff are working effectively and efficiently.
- Good understanding of care planning processes, including risk assessments and medication administration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all care staff are working together to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that all residents, families, and staff are treated with dignity and respect.
