Head of HSEQ Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of HSEQ to join our team at Elliot Marsh. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a new role for our business, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our HSEQ efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSEQ strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations, and conducting regular risk assessments to protect personnel and project integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSEQ strategies in line with industry standards and legal regulations
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations to effectively manage risks
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect personnel and project integrity
  • Drive sustainability and safety initiatives, promote a security-conscious culture, and ensure all team members are trained and accredited to meet high standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant qualifications/certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH
  • Min. of 10 years experience operating within the HSEQ field
  • Ability to communicate with individuals and teams at all levels, including technical and non-technical
