Head of Health, Safety, and Environment

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Health, Safety, and Environment to join our team at Barhale Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Health, Safety, and Environment Management: Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the HSEQ team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate health, safety, and environmental information to employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged in our health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Experience: Extensive experience in a senior health, safety, and environmental role, with a proven track record of implementing effective health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
