Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations to identify and address non-conformances, ensuring a culture of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessments to mitigate accidents and asset losses, protecting employees, contractors, and company property.
- Drive a safety-perfect culture by providing training and coaching to employees, ensuring Health and Safety standards are understood and adhered to.
- Lead by example, maintaining an ethical and compliant environment where employees feel empowered to raise concerns.
- Manage the safety budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Proven knowledge of Environmental Management Systems and experience working with governing bodies.
- Understanding of building a strong safety culture, engaging stakeholders to drive participation across the organization.
- Technical proficiency in Windows and ability to adapt to other systems as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to create a motivational environment, driving a positive health and safety culture.
- Technical expertise in Health and Safety, demonstrated through leadership and experience.
- Understanding of CDM and project management skills, with knowledge of Process Safety Management.
