Job Overview

  • Geo-referencing and digitizing features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS.
  • Managing, interpreting, and analyzing land data.
  • Inputting and maintaining data within the land system.
  • Producing and ensuring the quality of legal documentation, including order plans, books of reference, notices, and schedules.
  • Allocating tasks and managing time sheets for junior team members, assisting the project manager with end-of-month invoicing.

The estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
