SIMANDO is currently seeking a skilled Estates Team Coordinator to join our team at Bronllys Hospital. As a key member of the Estates team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in administrative support, with excellent organisational and communication skills. They will be responsible for coordinating meetings, taking minutes, preparing documentation, and managing compliance using Excel and Word. Additionally, they will provide support for event organisation, order and invoice processing on Oracle, and arrange staff training.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of approximately £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We encourage applicants who can demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
