Business Development Manager

We are a leading provider of security solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
Job OverviewThis is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive business performance and growth within customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives. Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business performance and growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Identify and understand client's business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales with experience within the security industry ideally within the utilities space.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong strategic planning skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience. Car allowance scheme and commission. Paid holidays and sick pay.
