Founded in 2008, they started with saw blades and expanded into power tool accessories, gaining recognition for quality and value. As aBusiness Development Executive, youll be the driving force behind their sales growth. Focused on the Builder, Electrical, and Fixings (BEF) industries, your role involves engaging new prospects, reactivating lapsed customers, and qualifying leads for the external sales team.

Analytical mindset to interpret market and competitor data.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or telesales.
Lead Generation & Outreach:Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts.
Strategy Planning:Develop monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) plans and present updates to the Internal Team.
CRM Management:Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions.
