Job Title: Bookings Administrator
Salary: £23,887.50 per annum (37.5 hours/week)
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients booking surgery at The Manor Hospital.
- You will bring empathy and sensitivity to the role, ensuring that every patient interaction is positive and respectful.
- Your strong communication skills will enable you to liaise with patients and consultants to book appointments efficiently.
- You will play a vital role in ensuring the best use of everyone's time and contribute to exceeding customer expectations.
- A varied range of responsibilities awaits, including creating case files, reviewing assessment reports, arranging travel and accommodation, and more.
