Bookings Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and sensitive support to patients throughout their journey.
  • Liaise with patients and consultants to book appointments and optimize everyone's time.
  • Ensure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
  • Support the creation of case files and review assessment reports to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and patients as needed.
