As a Service Reception Manager at Marshall Motor Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Advisors to deliver exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to drive performance on the service reception, ensuring that all tasks are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors

  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
