Position Overview

The Programme Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the BSO Participate Programme. This involves leading on administrative duties for the team and programme, ensuring efficient delivery and development of inclusive programmes working with people of all ages and cross sector partners in education, healthcare, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the BSO Participate Programme
  • Lead on administrative duties for the team and programme
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and implement inclusive programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in administration or a related field

Salary Range: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), dependent on experience and qualifications.
