About the Role

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the commercial management and monitoring of the financial and commercial performance for a new healthcare development. Your role will include:

  • Cost control and value management
  • Produce accurate monthly forecasts, CVRs, and P&Ls
  • Develop local supply chains
  • Administer the commercial aspects of the programmes

With experience in healthcare and relevant experience in major M&E projects under NEC 3 and or 4 Agreements, you will advise and support the operational team to ensure the financial elements of the project are delivered.
