About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Genetic Programmes Lead to join our team at Cogent Breeding Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of genetic programmes that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to lead the promotion of all dairy breeds, serving as Cogent's specialist Account Manager. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote Cogent's genetic offerings in both domestic and international markets.
  • Ensuring a robust and consistent pipeline of industry-leading Jersey, Ayrshire, and British Friesian genetics.
  • Collaborating with various departments to assist in marketing, pricing, and inventory management of dairy breed products.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, and free BUPA healthcare and dental plan.

Working Conditions

You will be required to travel extensively throughout the UK and may have opportunities for international travel. You should be prepared to work extra hours if required to meet deadlines.
