About the Role:

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of our digital travel platforms and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of digital travel platforms and capabilities into new and existing markets and partnerships.
  • Act as Product Owner, providing scrum teams with user-centered agile specifications and acceptance criteria, maintaining the product backlog, and facilitating requirements elaboration.
  • Lead projects through our team's agile development process, supporting User Acceptance Testing, tagging, validation, and overall project delivery.
  • Identify, recommend, and drive insight-driven short-term initiatives to enhance department KPIs/OKRs and longer-term projects.
  • Track progress against key milestones and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Manage specific local market configurations, partner with design agencies to craft and deliver creative assets, and act on information/recommendations from regular customer insight and operational bug/issue reports.
  • Support management of third-party relationships, including TLM activities, contract maintenance, and capability/technical integrations.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research of customer characteristics, behaviors, and opinions to represent business and customer needs.
  • Be aware of all compliance standards affecting digital, including Disability Discrimination Act, Distance Selling, Advertising Standards, Trading Standards, European Consumer Rights legislation, EU e-privacy directive, EC Air Services Regulation, Data Protection Act, and internal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a customer-first mindset with a passion for the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities, workloads, and objectives.
  • Experience of effectively coordinating activity across geographically/culturally diverse teams, both in-house and with third-party development/agency partners.
  • Strong communication skills and experience storytelling with the ability to communicate complex technical issues and topics to multiple audiences.
  • Product development project management and personal time management skills, ensuring work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standards in a B2C environment or Direct Channels environment.
  • Experience with Amex compliance processes and Agile delivery methodology are desirable.
  • Flexible 'can-do' attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment on several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data, management information, and trends, alongside analysis of business processes and stakeholder requirements.
  • Working knowledge of travel reservations systems and strong technical aptitude are desirable.
