About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housing Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will provide an exceptional housing management service to our customers, working closely with Estate Services and other teams to deliver positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and accessible face-to-face service to homeowners and rental customers in a defined area.
  • Work in a mobile way, meeting customers regularly and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with Estate Services and other teams to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a mobile way, using mobile technology to stay connected and productive.
  • Strong resource and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience of working in a climate of legislative and organisational change.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations, delivering sustainable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with IT systems, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Able to demonstrate Guinness behavioural competencies.
  • Hold a full driver's license and access to their own vehicle.

This role includes a £4, local job supplement.
