About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housing Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional housing management service to our customers in a defined area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and accessible face-to-face service to our homeowners and rental customers.
  • Work closely with Estate Services and other teams to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our customers.
  • Use mobile technology to work effectively and efficiently in the field.
  • Manage resources and prioritize tasks to deliver value for money.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and organisational changes and adapt to new requirements.
  • Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Work in a resilient and sustainable way to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyse data and use IT systems to inform decision-making.

What We're Looking For

We're a customer-focussed organisation that values excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You'll need to be highly self-motivated, able to plan and work effectively without high levels of supervision, and have a strong ability to work 'on the go'.
