We are seeking an Ecology Associate Director to lead and support our existing Ecology team in Scotland. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing projects across a range of species, delivering technical work, and mentoring junior staff. They will work as part of a national Ecology team, reviewing technical reports, and driving growth in our Scottish Ecology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Ecologists
  • Deliver technical work and projects across the UK
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members
  • Review and improve technical reports

Requirements:

  • Previous consultancy experience in the UK
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Full UK driving license
